The gap

Most canned matcha lattes make you choose: convenience or actual matcha. Enough sugar to hide the bitterness, or enough stabilizer to survive a shelf, and either way, the drink stops tasting like matcha. We weren't interested in that trade. So we didn't launch until the ratio held up without it.
