Ceremonial-grade is the highest quality of matcha you can get. It's vibrant green, stone-ground to a fine powder, and sourced from first-harvest tea leaves. It's the grade traditionally used in Japanese tea ceremonies, chosen for its smooth flavour and rich antioxidant profile.

Yes, Mei uses a real oat milk base. There's no dairy at all, and no compromise on creaminess.

Mei has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a cool, dry place. We don't add any preservatives; the can does all the work.
